I honestly have never had a nicer more pleasant doctor apt ever! Dr. Michael, thanks so much for caring and helping me out with my one blind eye and helping with find a prosthetic contact. You took time to explain my options and were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and caring! From the greeting from the receptionist to the nice lady who did a lot of initial testing to Dr, Michael and then Danielle who helped me find glasses two pair in record time —huge selection — with reasonable prices to Kathie, not sure of the spelling lol! you all are the BEST!! I will be recommending everyone I know to come to you all for total eye care! Thanks to all of you for making me feel special! It meant the world to me!

I don't ever leave reviews but I felt like I really needed to express how great I thought the staff and doctor treated me at Dawson Eye Group. From the lady at the front desk that gave me the appointment to the doctors clear explanations of what was going on, my experience was 10 stars!!

I was a little skeptical because we waited for about 20 min but after getting in with Dr. Kelly I understood why. She was so down to earth, personable, and made us feel like we were the only patients she had , not rushed at all. She took time to listen to my concerns and even went, found, and gave us some things to try at home to help. Miss Teresa was super patient and helpful while my son picked out his glasses and Miss Brittany and Miss Kathie were super kind behind the counter while we were checking in/out. I would highly recommend them and based on the fact that they were booking 5 months out I guess a lot of others feel the same way!

Glad I found this place for my whole family. EXTREMELY friendly, polite staff who are always ready to help you. Appointments are done very easily and they try their best to accommodate you especially when you have children. Extremely professional and the waiting time is not that long too. Dr Kelley is beyond AMAZING! She explains very well and being in the medical field myself, she is very thorough with her examinations, which is very important. This is DEFINITELY the place to go!

We had (what I thought) was an emergency on Labor Day with my son's eye. I called the office just in case they happened to be open. Of course the office was closed like most other businesses that day. Within just a few minutes I received a text acknowledging my missed call and was texting with them about my son's situation. I still don't even know exactly who I was communicating with but they asked questions, calmed my nerves tremendously and explained possibilities of what was going on. They even told me they were out of town, but if necessary, would meet us later in the afternoon to see him. I was sincerely grateful and incredibly impressed to receive that level of customer service and care, that simply isn't something that you find with people/businesses frequently. I would highly recommend this office and if/when we need care, we will certainly be making an appointment with them.
